Company “SKYLER” was registered by Decision of Burgas District Court on 24.02.1993 as sole trader with main scope of activity publishing, advertising and trade with different goods and services. On a later stage, that activities were assigned to its subsidiaries and “SKYLER” reregistered as limited liability company dealing mainly in real estate business in order to react in its own way to the increased demand and supply on that market in Bulgaria. Apart from the first office, it opened another one in the town of Burgas, as well as offic in  Tryavna. It managed to forthwith build reputation among clients and colleagues as a correct and experienced partner.

Team

Manager of “SKYLER” LTD is Mr. Plamen Nedev with higher education degree in economics.
The region of activity of the company is defined by the offices along the Southern Black Sea coastline, as well as in the Balkan.
Office managers have higher education degrees in economics and engineering. Their teams include architects, lawyers, garden designers, philologists as translators and construction technicians. They all are professionals in their work and are capable of giving competent advice in the field of real estate trade.
Partner banks are: “DSK Bank”, UBB and “Postbank” .
Our clients are Bulgarian nationals and foreigners.
But our best presentation are all those clients content with our work, whom we have helped to find a property, and who return to us time and again!
